Como Driver Services offer their transfer service with punctual and professional drivers. To ensure our satisfaction we ask our customers to read and accept the following conditions.
A transfer service already booked can be canceled or modified within 3 days before the appointment without any additional cost or charge.
For cancelling the reservation within less than 3 days before the appointment, the service will be charged 50%.
For cancellations of the reservation within less than 24 hours notice, the service will be fully charged.
If customers don’t not show up for the appointment at booked place and time, our driver will try to contact them to ensure continuity of service. In the event that our chauffeur cannot get in contact with the customers after 1 hour, Como Driver Services will call their driver back and the service will be fully charged.
Usually you can pay your car rental transfer directly to our driver at the end of the service: we accept payments in cash, by bank transfer and credit card.
