Also confirmed the new formula that sees the first day, Sunday 11 February, open to the general public and the days of 12 and 13 February reserved to industry professionals, tour operators and buyers.

The new format was promoted by customer insight by GRS, a research, customer satisfaction, business intelligence and value creation business in the trade fair, including a portfolio of more than 1,000 fairs globally, gathering visitor ratings and last year’s exhibitors: more than 91.6% of BIT participants confirmed Milan’s importance as the ideal city for a tourism fair.”
