Como Driver Services offer their transfer service with punctual and professional drivers. To ensure our satisfaction we ask our customers to read and accept the following conditions.
- In addition, the price includes the 60 minutes wait at the airport after the landing of the flight and the 20 minutes one at the station after the train arrival and at the Hotel.
- The waiting time after the agreed pick-up time at the hotel or the flight/train arrival time will be counted 60€ additional
- For requests for services between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. the price will be subject to a 20% increase over the list price.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- All reservations are subject to availability at the confirmation time.
- Prepayment by credit card or bank transfer time of reservation and balance one week before the day of service
- The reservation is guaranteed except for causes of force majeure that might prevent the service from being provided.
- In the event that the service is not provided for the above-mentioned causes, the amount will be refunded in full.
- In the event of any unfeasible changes (e.g. change of departure time/destination/number of passengers…) or cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the service, no refund will be made. – In the event of any unfeasible changes (e.g. change of departure time/destination/number of passengers…) or cancellations made between 7 days’ notice and 72 hours before the start of the service, a refund of 50% of the total will be made.
- Como Driver Services disclaims all responsibility for the personal belongings of passengers and in the event of the service not being provided due to force majeure (landslides, floodings, socio- political events, etc.) and will not be liable for any extra expenses born by the customer.
If customers don’t not show up for the appointment at booked place and time, our driver will try to contact them to ensure continuity of service. In the event that our chauffeur cannot get in contact with the customers after 1 hour, Como Driver Services will call their driver back and the service will be fully charged.
Usually we accept payments in cash, by bank transfer and credit card.
By confirming the reservation, the above-mentioned conditions are accepted.
