What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers always monitor flight schedules and any possible delays, allowing them to arrive at the airport before your landing without any issue. In the event of unexpected delays at the gate or passport control, your driver will wait for at least one hour and will try to contact you to check on your situation.
Where will you meet our driver?
Our driver will park the car or minivan in the airport parking area and personally enter the arrivals terminal, waiting for you just after the baggage claim area with a sign displaying your name.
